Our Staff

Administrative Team

Deanna Solodko, PsyD

Deanna Solodko, PsyD, LMHC is A1 Behavioral Health Services’ Chief Executive Officer. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a doctorate degree in Marital and Family Therapy from Alliant International University in San Diego, and joined A1 Behavioral in March 2013. Dr. Solodko has nearly 12 years of clinical and operations experience in the behavioral health sector, including 5 years in community mental health in Orange County, California. She has held various clinical and administrative positions, where she had clinical oversight and supervision for the adult residential programs for dual-diagnosed population, and has worked extensively in the non-profit section in developing a dual-diagnosis outpatient program for indigent adults.

Maria Luisa Taleno, M.B.A.

Maria Luisa Taleno, M.B.A. received a Business degree from the University of Miami and a Master’s degree in Business from Boston University and Florida International University. She also possesses a Certificate of Financial Planning from Barry University and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate from Florida International University. Maria Luisa has experience in the areas of finance, accounting, operations and business management attained in the banking, entertainment, financial planning, charitable organizations, and substance abuse treatment industry. She has also served in the US Navy and in the Miami Alumni Organization in the capacity of Communications Director. Prior to working at A1 Behavioral Health, she worked as a Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at G&G Holistic Addiction Treatment, Inc. one of the most successful substance abuse treatment centers in South Florida.

Ashley Valle

Ashley Valle holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and is currently pursuing a PhD in Counseling Psychology at Barry University. She has experience treating clients in an inpatient and intensive outpatient setting for substance-abuse and dual-diagnoses. Ashley is currently an adjunct professor in the Department of Psychology at Barry University teaching undergraduate psychology courses. Her experience and research with cultural-diversity and evidenced-based treatment approaches provides clients at A1 Behavioral Health with the opportunity to receive cutting-edge, effective treatment and services.

Medical Staff

Dr. Mark Hernandez, M.D.

Dr. Mark Hernandez is a psychiatrist who is a caring, patient-oriented physician, and he brings a wealth of experience that he has gained at the local hospitals to treat at A1 B on the outpatient level, where he serves as the Medical Director.

Tiffany Sucher, MS

Tiffany Sucher, MS, has 12 years experience specializing in mood disorders and addiction. She is currently awaiting licensure and CAP certification.
