Outpatient Detox Phase

Our Outpatient Detoxification Program is tailored according to the patient’ needs for detoxification and it’s dictated by the physiological and psychological needs of each individual. Drug of choice is taken into consideration to develop a treatment plan to address the duration of treatment. The program includes a minimum of five hours a day of supervised medical, individual therapy, and group therapy treatment at our facility. The goal of the detoxification phase is to stabilize clients physically and psychologically to prepare them for the recovery phase. Fees include the following services:

  • Group Counseling

  • Addiction Education
  • Transportation when necessary
  • Psychiatric Evaluation
  • Medication Management
  • Physical and Medical History
  • Nursing Assessment
  • Bio-Psychosocial Evaluation
  • Medication
  • Case Management

Track I – Recovery Phase

Our Track I Program is four weeks of substance abuse rehabilitation conducted at our facility by professional therapists and medical personnel if needed. The program consist of at least twelve hours a week of individual therapy, group therapy, and activities at our treatment facility. Schedules are designed with the flexibility to address client’s needs and lifestyle. Schedules are available during the day, evenings, and also during the weekend. During the recovery phase, clients are educated about the tools necessary to attain and maintain abstinence. The goal is to identify the underlying issues of addition to assist clients in improving these issues so that they can assume appropriate and responsible roles in society. Fees include the following services:

Track II – Intensive Outpatient Phase

Our Track II Program is eight weeks of substance abuse rehabilitation conducted at our facilities by professional therapist and mental health counselors. The program consist of at least nine hours per week of individual therapy, group therapy, and activities at our treatment center facility. Schedules are designed with flexibility to address client’s needs and lifestyle. Schedules are available during the day, evenings, and also during the weekend. Clients receive a comprehensive continuum of direct and supportive services and education during this phase to reinforce the importance of abstinence. Fees include the following services:

  • Family Therapy
  • Addiction Education
  • Transportation when necessary
  • Psychiatric Evaluation
  • Case Management
  • Life Coping Skills Training
  • Relapse Prevention Groups
  • Mediation Groups
  • Community Support Referral

  • Holistic and Wellness Activities

Track III – Outpatient Phase

Our Track III Program is twelve weeks of substance abuse rehabilitation conducted at our facilities by professional therapist and mental health counselors. This program consist of individual therapy session once a week. This phase is the last stage in the process of recovery and allows clients to continue reinforcement of the tools which allow them to continue sobriety. The goal of the sessions is to provide aftercare for substance abuse.
